The Board of Directors of Barita Investments Limited has passed a Board Resolution to convene a Special Meeting of the shareholders of the Series B Convertible Cumulative Variable Rate Preference Shares on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Courtleigh Hotel, 85 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5. For Shareholders of Series “B” Convertible Cumulative Variable Rate Preference Shares of Barita Investments Limited to consider the option of accepting the redemption in cash of their preference shares as opposed to the conversion of preference share into ordinary shares as per the terms and conditions of Barita’s Prospectus.
