The Board of Directors of Barita Investments Limited has declared a dividend J$0.1249 per share (taxable) on Barita Series `A` Redeemable Cumulative Variable Rate Preference Shares payable on June 27, 2012 to shareholders on record as at June 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 15, 2012.
