We wish to notify the Jamaica Stock Exchange of the retirement of Mr. Michael Hylton K.C. from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective June 30, 2023. The Chairman and members of the Board wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Hylton for his invaluable service to the Board and in particular, for his leadership and guidance during the years of his tenure.
