Hardware & Lumber Limited has advised that at the Board of Directors’ meeting of the company held o February 1, 2010, Mr. Don Wehby, GraceKennedy’s Group Chief Operating Officer, was appointed a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Wehby, who under the GraceKennedy structure, now has oversight responsibility for H&L. Also, at the Board meeting, Mr. Courtney Campbell resigned from the Board of Directors. The meeting was informed that Mr. Campbell would be focusing exclusively on the financial services companies within the GraceKennedy Group which fall within his portfolio.
