Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Limited has advised that the National Hotels & Properties Limited (NP), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Urban Development Corporation (UDC), and the major stockholder in Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Limited (PHJL) has exercised its power under Article 80 (1) (a) of the Articles of Incorporation of PHJL by appointing Mr. Desmond Young as Chairman of the Board effective April 1, 2010.
