The Board of Director of Trinidad Cement Limited has fixed Wednesday, June 2, 2010 as the date for the company’s Annual Meeting to consider the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009. The Directors have also fixed April 26, 2010 as the record date for shareholders entitled to receive notice of the meeting.
