Lascelles deMercado & Company Limited has advised that Mrs. Marlene Sutherland, Director and member of the Audit Committee, has indicated that, due to work commitments in her substantive professional role in the USA, she will not seek re-election to the board at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, at which she will retire by rotation.
