AMG Packaging & Paper Company Limited (AMG) has advised of a delay in the submission of its audited financial statements for the year ended August 31, 2017. AMG further advised that the Company is awaiting the finalization of the Independent Valuation Report on the Company’s Plant and Equipment for inclusion in the audited financials. AMG anticipates that the audited financials will be submitted on Monday, November 6, 2017.
