AMG Packaging & Paper Company Limited (AMG) has advised that Mr. Barrington Chisholm has resigned as the Chairman of the Company and as Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee on December 31, 2018.
“Mr. Barrington Chisholm stated in his letter of resignation that, with regard to his resignation from the Audit and Finance Committee, his decision is in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting the Audit and Finance Committee or its functions.
“Mr. Barrington Chisholm indicated in his letter of resignation addressed to the Board of Directors, that the reason for his resignation was personal, and wished the Company and its stakeholders continued success,” states AMG.
