At the Annual General Meeting of Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) held on October 15, 2012 the following resolution regarding amendment to TCL`s Articles of Continuance was approved by shareholders: Articles of Continuance: Be it resolved that Article 8 of TCL`s Articles of Continuance be amended by deleting the sentence: “The company shall have a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of ten (10) directors.” And replacing it by the sentence: “The Company shall have a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of twelve (12) directors.”
