Corporate Banking Customers of FirstCaribbean will benefit from a new agreement which the bank has entered with Inter-American Development Bank, to establish the first risk-sharing guarantee facility for the Caribbean region.
The agreement will support FirstCaribbean’s long-term to interests in Jamaica as well as other FirstCaribbean markets such as Barbados, Trinidad, The Bahamas and Belize. The facility has been created to support financing for infrastructure, tourism and mid-size businesses with strong potential to generate jobs and boost productivity.
