Access Financial Services Ltd – AFS 9% Unsecured Short Term Notes

Access Financial Services Limited (AFS) has advised that the AFS 9% Unsecured Short Term Notes will become due and
payable on November 18, 2014. Consequently, the Notes will be delisted at the end of day on November 13, 2014 in order
to facilitate the administrative preparation.
