JMMB Group Limited 2018 Preference Share Offer

JMMB Group Limited has advised that the Company intends to make an offer in February 2018, of Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares. The offer for those preference shares will solely be made in Jamaica, and the distribution of the Prospectus shall only take place in Jamaica.
