Victoria Mutual Wealth Management Limited has confirmed the completion of their in-house reconciliation of all applicants in respect of the Initial Public Offering of Portland JSX Limited. The directors of Portland JSX Limited decided to upsize the Offer resulting in full allotment of all shares. The basis of allotment is as follows:
- Public pool was allocated 100%
The basis of allotment has been reconciled with the Jamaica Central Securities Depository.
