JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that dividend will be paid on April 14, 2016 for both preference shares and thereafter, will be due and payable quarterly on the 14^th day of the relevant months i.e. July, October, January and April. If such date falls on a day other than a business day, payment will be made on the prior business day.
