Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) has advised that Mr. Jose Bavaro Vallone tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors with effect from February 25, 2016.
TCL has also advised that Mr. Emilio Sáenz Arroniz has been appointed as a Director effective February 25, 2016 to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Jose Bavaro Vallone.
