The Exchange’s Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO), Mr. Wentworth Graham is pictured engaged in discussions with Mrs. Bernadene Crooks, Company Secretary of Caribbean Cement Company Limited as part of the Regulatory and Market Oversight Division’s (RMOD) ongoing sensitization programme to inform newly appointed Company Secretaries of pertinent market regulations. The meeting was held at the JSE’s office on February 2, 2011.
