138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL) has advised that Mr. Richard Byles has resigned from his position as Chairman of the Board and its subsidiary effective June 30, 2019.
138SL has also advised that at a Board meeting held on July 3, 2019, the Board approved the appointment of Director, Ian Parsard, to the position of Chairman.
