WIG AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2023
Wigton Windfarm Limited will be unable to submit its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2023 within the previously communicated timeline of the week of June 12, 2023. We regret this further delay which continues due to the need to settle certain complexities/technical matters that emerged late in the audit process. We continue to work with our Auditors to finalize the financial statements, and every effort is being made to ensure the financial statements are submitted on or before July 21, 2023.
Based on the aforementioned delay in the completion and submission of the financial statements, it is anticipated that the Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2023 will also be delayed and will be submitted on or before August 31, 2023.
