Andrea Kinach is a senior associate at Patterson Mair Hamilton. Andrea works closely with senior partner Trevor Patterson, and her practice focuses on Banking, Corporate Finance, Merger & Acquisitions, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Commercial Law, and Business Restructuring.
Andrea qualified as a solicitor in the United Kingdom in 2000. She gained practical experience working for two leading firms in London. Andrea later worked as a supervisor of companies that are on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange, and then as a legal adviser to the UK Financial Services Authority.
Andrea moved to Jamaica with her husband, a returning resident, in 2007 and she joined the Jamaican Bar in 2008.
Andrea holds a degree in Economics from Trinity College, University of Toronto and a degree in Law from the University of Kent, Canterbury, England.
Andrea is also the legal adviser to the JSE, and the technical draftsman, of the Junior Market Rules.
