Dylan Coke (NCBCM)

Dylan Coke is NCBCM’s Assistant Vice President, Business Development. He is an attorney-at-law with over 10 years experience at the Jamaican Bar. He holds an LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of the West Indies and an LLM in International Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. Dylan oversees the Corporate Finance and Product Development Units at NCBCM.

 

Before he joined NCBCM, Dylan was employed to the Attorney General’s Chambers where he worked in the Litigation, Commercial and General Legal Advice Divisions. During his tenure at the Attorney General’s Chambers Dylan worked on bond issues, loan agreements and project finance transactions.

 

Since his arrival at NCBCM Dylan has worked on numerous private placements of debt and the IPO’s of Supreme Ventures Ltd, NCBCM, and the Jamaica Stock Exchange. He has also worked on issues of structured notes, sale and leaseback agreements and a variety of loan facilities.
