Wigton Windfarm Limited (“WIG”) has advised that the Board of Directors (“Board”) of WIG considered the payment of a dividend at its meeting on January 30, 2024.
The Board declared a dividend of Sixty-five Million, Three Hundred and Seventy-three Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$65,373,000.00) or J$0.005943 per share. Payment will be made on February 27, 2024 to the shareholders on record as at February 13, 2024. The ex-dividend date is February 12, 2024.
