Trinidad Cement Limited – Changes in Shareholding

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) has advised that following closure and settlement of Sierra’s Offer and Take-Over Bid in Trinidad and Tobago, certain changes to the Major Shareholders of the Company and changes to the Shareholding of Directors and Senior Officers of the Company have been recorded.
