Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 10, 2018 the following resolution was passed:
“THAT a dividend of forty-five cents ($0.45) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at December 24, 2018 and THAT THE payment date of the dividend is January 31, 2019.” Ex-date December 21, 2018.
