RBTT has advised that the date fixed for the Closing of the transaction and amalgamation of RBTT and RBC Holdings (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited is the 16th of June, 2008. Also, the company wishes to confirm to the Jamaica Stock Exchange that the effective date for delisting of RBTT securities is 17th June, 2008.
