Pulse Investments Limited (PULS) has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at at Villa Ronai, Old Stony Hill Road, to conduct the following business:
To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolutions:
- That the stock in Pulse Investments Ltd be split, on the basis that 5 (five) additional shares be issued to shareholders for every share currently held by them in the company.
- That the authorized share capital of Pulse Investments Ltd be increased from 450,000,000 (four hundred and fifty million) shares of no par value, to 1,950,000,000 (one billion, nine hundred and fifty million) shares of no par value, by the creation of an additional 1,500,000,000 (one billion, five hundred million) shares.
