Proven Group Limited (PROVEN) Unaudited Financial Statements For The 1st Quarter Ended June 30, 2023 (Amended)

The financial results for PROVEN Group Limited for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, have been amended following the release of its associated companies’ financial results. This amendment is necessary given the material increase in the Share of Profit from its associates and other comprehensive income compared to the originally estimated figures. The Group’s Net Profit attributable to shareholders has improved to US$3.88 million versus the previously stated US$2.77 million, in addition to the corresponding adjustments to the balance sheet.
