The Board of Directors will on July 31, 1997 consider and if thought fit declare a second interim dividend, as well as consider a recommendation for a bonus stock issue.
The Board of Directors declared and approved the payment of a First Interim Dividend of 4 1/2 cents per stock unit to be paid out of the tax relieved earnings of the company to stockholders on record on April 23, 1997 with payment to made on May 16, 1997.
On April 23, 1997 at the next Board of Directors’ meeting the declaration of an interim dividend will be considered.
At a Directors’ meeting on March 20, 1997 a first interim dividend of 20 cents per stock unit was declared out of agricultural income. It is the first interim dividend for 1997. Record date is April 10, 1997 and dividend warrants will be mailed on May 15, 1997
