NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised that 1695 NCBFG shares were allocated to an executive officer on March 20, 2019.  This advisory is an update and addition to NCBFG’s recent statement which had advised of the number of shares transferred at no cost to the beneficiaries, executive officers of NCBFG and its subsidiaries on March 20, 2019, as a result of the winding-up of the NCB Employees Share Scheme.
