MFS Capital Partners Limited (MFS) wishes to advise that the date of the Annual General Meeting will be announced in short order. The Resolutions to be considered and the online link to facilitate participation in the virtual meeting will be provided.
MFS further advises that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 17, 2024, the Directors also approved the conversion of existing debt and debt to be incurred to equity, a rights issue, increasing the authorised share capital, and the implementation of a share option scheme or similar equity compensation programme for Employees. Matters requiring shareholder approval will be considered at the Annual General Meeting.
