Mayberry Investments Ltd. (MIL)-Reorganization

The Board of Directors of Mayberry Investments Limited has advised that the Company has reorganized its long term equity portfolio and has transferred same to its fully owned subsidiary, Mayberry West Indies Limited (MWIL), in exchange for shares in the MWIL.
