Listing Overview
Currently the JSE offers listings in stocks, bonds and exchange traded funds (ETFs). Issuers can choose to list on any Market, as long as the listing requirements are satisfied. The JSE currently has five (5) markets on which to list securities, each with their own requirements for listing.
Markets
For companies to list securities for trading in Jamaican Dollars (JMD). There is also an opportunity for companies to raise capital from the market.
For companies to list securities for trading in United States Dollars (USD). There is also an opportunity for companies to raise capital from the market.
For companies who wish to raise fully paid share capital of not less than $50 million and not more than $500 million, and list the securities for trading in Jamaican dollars (JMD).
For all companies interested in listing their bonds to provide liquidity for bond holders.
Facilitates the Private Listing and trading of securities that are issued in Jamaica in accordance with the Financial Services Commissions (FSC) Guidelines for Exempt Distributions.
