LASCO Distributors Limited (LASD) Declaration of Interim Dividend

Please be advised that the Board of Directors of LASCO Distributors Limited at its meeting held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, resolved that an interim dividend of 10 cents per share will be paid to all shareholders of the Company on record at the close of business on June 30, 2023.  The date for payment of the interim dividend will be on July 14, 2023.
