Globe Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of Lascelles deMercado & Co., purchased Tickenham Insurance Co., an insurance company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, from Carreras Gp, effective September 6, 2004. The consideration paid by Globe Holdings for Tickenham Insurance Co. was US$31,943,858.13.
