Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd. (JMMB)- Resignation

Mr. Leo Williams has resigned from the JMMB Group of Companies effective April 30, 2008. However, he will continue to serve as JMMB Securities Limited’s representative on the Board of the Jamaica Stock Exchange until the Stock Exchange holds its next Annual General Meeting in June of this year. Jamaica Money Market Brokers has proposed that Mr. Julian Mair, Director for JMMB Securities Ltd to the Board at said Annual General Meeting to replace Mr. Williams as JMMB Securities Limited’s representative.
