Jamaican Teas Ltd (JAMT) – Directors’ Meeting

Jamaican Teas Ltd (JAMT) has advised that on January 14, 2020, JAMT’s directors will meet to consider, inter alia , the following subjects:

1. A possible increase in the authorized share capital of JAMT
2. A sub-division of the companies issued and outstanding shares

JAMT further advised that the proposals will be subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders.
