The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited, at its meeting held on August 24, 2022, APPROVED the payment of Five Hundred and Eighty-Eight Thousand United States Dollars and Fourteen Cents (US$588,000.14) or 0.239452054794521 United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference Shares of the Company payable on September 16, 2022, to share/stockholders on record at the close of business on the 8th day of September 2022. This amount will be distributed out of retained earnings.
