The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited at its meeting held on September 19, 2006 declared quarterly dividends payable on December 29, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2006 on the undermentioned classes of Preference Shares:
1.3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D”
1.1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E”
The Directors omitted a quarterly interim dividend on the Ordinary Stock of the Company.
