GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that its Board of Directors on 29 February 2024, passed the following Resolution:
GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 05 April 2024 of 52 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $515 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 15 March 2024. The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 15 March 2024 to the close of business on 22 March 2024.
