Goodyear Jamaica Limited has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company will be held at The Courtleigh Hotel, on Friday December 19, 2008, at 9 a .m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution as a Special Resolution:-
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that ANURA JAYATILLAKE and AUDLEY GORDON both of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, 7 West Avenue, Kingston 4 be appointed as joint liquidators for the purposes of such a winding up And That either one of the said liquidators shall have power to act alone in the winding up And That the remuneration of the liquidators be fixed at J$1,500,000 in addition to their costs, charges and expenses”.
