FosRich Company Limited has advised that at a board meeting to be held on April 28, 2022, at 9:00 am, the Board will consider recommending to shareholders at the AGM certain resolutions to facilitate raising additional equity investment by a rights issue and/or additional public offering of ordinary shares. The resolutions include increasing the authorized share capital and approving a stock split.
