Fontana Limited (FTNA) Appointment of Independent Director

Subject to the requirements of the JSE Junior Market Rule Appendix 1, the Board of Directors of Fontana Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Independent Director, Larren Peart, to the Audit & Compensation Committees effective Friday, February 9, 2024.  The Committees are now comprised of four (4) members of which three (3) are Independent Directors.
