We write to advise that Everything Fresh Limited had its 5^th Annual General Meeting of Everything Fresh Limited on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the AC Hotel by Marriott, Kingston 5

At such meeting, the following resolutions were passed:

1. “That the Directors’ Report, the Auditor’s Report, and the Statements of Account for the year ended 31 December 2022 was received and adopted.”

• “THAT retiring Director Mr. Leo Williams be and is hereby re-elected a Director of the Company.”

• “THAT retiring Director Ms. Vivette Miller be and is hereby re-elected a Director of the Company.”

• “THAT retiring Director Mr. Mark Croskery be and is hereby re-elected a Director of the Company”.

• “That the Directors be and are hereby authorized to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year.”

“THAT the Auditors, BDO, who have signified their willingness to continue in office as Auditors of the Company, be and are hereby appointed to hold such office until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and that their remuneration be determined by the Directors.
