Dyoll Group Limited has advised that Mr. Andrew Issa has resigned from the remaining Board of Directors effective February 29, 2008. The remaining Directors anticipate that they shall be able to convene the Special General Meeting of the Company to have the shareholders approve the resolution to approach the Court to appoint a Liquidator no later than April 25, 2008.
