Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) – Delay in Submission of Audited Financial Statements

Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) wishes to advise that the submission of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be delayed.  Unexpected staff changes and the resulting departmental reorganisation have prevented the timely completion of the audit. We anticipate that the financial statements will be submitted before 31 March 2024.
