Dolla Financial Services Limited announced that in keeping with the amendments of the JSE Junior Market Rule – Appendix 1 and 504 (2) (b), the Board of Directors appointed the Independent Director Alison Taffe to the following Board Committees effective 29th day of February 2024.
- Audit Committee
- Remuneration Committee
- Compliance & Risk Management Committee
The said Committees now comprise three (3) Independent Directors.
