Desnoes and Geddes Ltd.(DG)- appoints new Director

D & G Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nico Verelde as a new director to the Board. He represents Heineken Caribbean and replaced Mr. Peter Van Brecht who passed away suddenly in January 2006.
