The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on Monday, 31 October 2005 will consider the following:
1. Adopting a policy of paying dividends twice per year and
2. The declaration of an interim dividend of 15 cents per sock unit payable to stockholders on record as at November 7, with the expected payment date for the dividend being December 1, 2005.
