At a special meeting of the Board of Directors on March 31 at 2-6 Carlton Crescent, it was resolved that an interim dividend of four cents be declared payable on June 5 to shareholders registered at the close of business on April 28, 2000.
They also resolved to recommend to the 2000 annual general meeting that upon the recommendation of the Directors, a final dividend of 11 cents per stock unit in respect of the year ended March 31, 2000 (which together with the interim dividend of four cents per stock unit paid on June 5, 2000 making a total dividend for the year of fifteen cents per stock unit upon the stock units in issue as at June 5, 2000) be declared payable on a date to be fixed to shareholders registered at the close of business on a date to be fixed (such date to fall after the issue of the proposed bonus issue of shares)
