General Accident Insurance Company Jamaica Ltd (GENAC) has advised that Dr. Ralph Thompson has resigned from their Board of Directors effective April 30, 2017. He has also resigned as the Company’s mentor.
GENAC advises that Dr. Thompson’s resignation does not create a breach of non-independent directors as the Company has the required number of independent non-executive directors.
